Volkswagen owners are pretty much the originators of the slam, stretch, and poke so when I heard that was happening 10 minutes away from my house I had to attend. The weather once again co-operated and the turn out was great.
Part one includes:
mk1s, mk2s, mk3s Corrados, Sciroccos, Beatles and non vws.
These old VWs don’t die, they just get lower
Chromed out, stock liped RMS
Behind the chrome rim'd cab was this orange rim'd sedan
This car comes together quite nicely
This guy was moving some furniture and decided to stop by
Perhaps the most commonly seen generation?
These e30 wheels are pretty rare so it was quite a shock to see them on this mk2
A pair of orange rims made it on to this mk2
This car probably has some get up and go to it
More e30/mk2 rim swapping
Funny the mk2 with the flairs has the stock RMS
Green for the money, gold for the honeys
Interesting way to deal with a fender bender
One end of the mk3 line up
The other end of the mk3 lineup
Another mk3 cluster
First time I have seen this car in person since the front end swap. It's well done
This car was sitting outside the show but had really interesting textured flat metallic paint
And a Corona wiper delete plug
JDM has green, vw has blue
Best my other car sticker I have seen in awhile
mk2/3 owners kickin it
Corrado’s, Sciroccos and Beatles
Type a's are legit
I love these cars
I am actually surprised I did not see more bugs at the show
Full fendered bug
Car shows always draw out every type of car no matter what the focus is.
Where do you even find someone selling Bentley rims?
These wheels in this picture got lost in the shadows....
... however this Audi had the same ones
I have a feeling I am going to be seeing a lot of this car
Drop dead sexy
I had no idea these were so small
I love this clash of old and new
This bagged caddy was chillin in the parking lot
It was pretty legit
This car was loud
Every version of this car has been legit
Classy e46 in the parking lot
Kind of redundant but pretty cool none the less
This car used to be owned by a friend of mine, good to see its still in good hands
